At Bergsen Incorporated, we are committed to meeting or exceeding our customer's needs. We are determined to provide any service within our capabilities to the best of our ability.
We currently offer the following additional services:
+ Material is sold by the bundle or by the piece.
+ Express will call is available on most orders.
The majority of our orders are picked up on the same day as receipt of order.
+ Delivery service is next day or same day on rush orders throughout the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the San Fernando Valley.
+ Material can be cut to desired length on nearly any quantity required.
(Please note: We apply a tolerance of + .125 - .000 on all cut pieces unless otherwise stated by the customer.)
+ An inspection of material can be made before placement of purchase order for any specific prerequisites such as tolerance, length, finish, etc.
+ Mill test certificates are available for each and every order (unless customer is informed differently) and at any future date that they are needed.
+ Aside from the standard bundling used to protect material while in transit, we have additional shipping options to shield material from damage that include wooden crate boxes in 12' and 20' lengths (fee applies), shrink wrapping, and palletizing available.
+ UPS is scheduled to pick-up daily by 3:00 p.m.
Material that is able to be shipped via UPS is wrapped in paper and plastic for protection.
+ Stocking programs are an option on any large quantity of material that will be shipped over time to help maintain price stability.

+ We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
We specialize in locating those hard to find items, whether it is an octagon or metric size we can help you locate it. (Please note there may be 2000# or more minimum required by the mill for special purchases.)
